Commuter Connections invites employers to join our 2nd annual goDMV Commuter Competition. The competition will start on April 1, 2026 and can help your organization generate stronger employee morale, reduce parking demand at your worksite, and help toward achieving sustainability goals you may have. Commuter Connections programs and services are always free to both employers and employees, including the goDMV Commuter Competition. While participating in the competition, employees can easily win enough rewards points through the CommuterCash app to redeem for cash and also enjoy a great chance to win prizes! Top performing employers will be rewarded with a trophy, team luncheon, and recognized in a future Commuter Connections newsletter.

The goDMV Commuter Competition is a fun and friendly way for employers to incentivize employee use of more sustainable, healthy, and affordable commuting methods to get to work such as transit, carpooling, and bicycling. Employers throughout the region will be forming teams of employees to participate in the competition; please consider becoming one of them. More than 1,200 commuters participated last spring and many more are expected in 2026!
Starting October 27th and through January 31, 2026 Commuter Connections will be onboarding interested employers through a simple online form, soon to be available at goDMV.org. After you submit the form, a member of the Commuter Connections network in your area will be in touch about next steps and to answer any questions about the goDMV Commuter Competition. If your company wants to be part of the competition, we’ll help make it easy for you to form a team of employees to participate.
