Commuter Connections is now accepting employer nominations for its 29th Annual Employer Awards Program through January 31.
These awards honor employers that go above and beyond to support their workforce by offering telework options, commuter benefits, and workplace amenities that encourage sustainable commuting alternatives to driving alone. Such initiatives help reduce traffic congestion and improve air quality in the metropolitan Washington region, while also lowering employer payroll taxes and operational costs.
Employers of all sizes throughout the region are encouraged to submit a nomination, including private-sector businesses, nonprofit organizations, publicly traded companies, and government agencies.
